Free Body Scan Meditation for Voice & Singing
Mind-body awareness is one of the key components of voice work. In this guided body scan meditation you’ll develop both awareness and release, combined with the relaxing sound of crystal singing bowls which are proven to aid relaxation and reduce performance anxiety and stress.
I recommend wearing headphones, and finding a comfortable, quiet space.
This practice is best used AFTER a physical warm up (such as a short yoga practice!) and before you do any vocalising such as sirens or scales.
