Tuning you to your inner inspiration, each sound healing is a journey through voice and vibration. I combine the healing crystalline frequencies of my clear quartz and alchemy bowls with my singing voice to create an intentional soundscape of harmony, melody and mantra- helping you release, relax, recharge and realign.

Savasana & Sound: The Wisdom Within (online) Sunday 7th June 8-9.30am
Savasana & Sound is an online space held to support you to slow down, draw your attention inward and tap in to your inner knowing. We’ll rise early on a Sunday morning to begin the day in quiet stillness. For 45 minutes you’ll nourish your body and its connective tissues with a cosy yin yoga sequence, before settling in to a 45 minute sound bath, resting, receiving and tuning into your optimum frequency. From this place, you’ll step into your Sunday in alignment.
