General Terms – All Services

The services, classes, workshops and resources shared by Eleanor Walker-Harris (The Holistic Voice) on her website and via the Vidabook booking system are intended to support wellbeing, self-discovery and personal growth. Sessions may include movement, voice, breathing exercises, journalling, meditation and other therapeutic modalities.

Eleanor is not a medical or mental health professional and teaches only within her expertise. These sessions may be therapeutic in nature but are not therapy. You may be advised to consult your GP or mental health professional before participating.

Eleanor accepts no liability for injuries, medical issues or mental health issues occurring during or after sessions. It is your responsibility to inform Eleanor of any health conditions, injuries, medications or mental health concerns that may affect your participation so she can make appropriate adjustments.

By using Eleanor’s services, you confirm that you are over 18.

Data & Privacy

Eleanor processes your personal data to manage classes and ensure participant safety. Your data is stored securely, kept confidential, and never shared with third parties. You may withdraw your data at any time.

Behaviour Policy

Inappropriate behaviour (verbal abuse, sexual conduct, intoxication) before, during, or after sessions results in immediate removal without refund.

Studio Terms

Where Eleanor is teaching at a studio or venue, the studio's terms and conditions apply in place of these terms.

1-1 SOMATIC COACHING

About This Service

Somatic coaching sessions are delivered online via Zoom. To book, use the Vidabook booking system.

Online Sessions

  • You need a device with camera, microphone, headphones, and reliable wifi.

  • Download Zoom (free) at https://zoom.us.

  • Zoom link will be sent at least 1 hour before session (email eleanor@theholisticvoice.co.uk if not received 30 mins prior).

  • Camera and microphone must be ON; Eleanor cannot guide without visual/audio contact.

  • Eleanor will not be liable for wifi issues on your end.

Payment & Refunds

A booking is not confirmed until payment is made.

  • Initial Coaching Calls can be refunded if cancelled with 48 hours notice.

  • Once a 3 month programme package is paid for or a payment plan has started, there are no refunds. Eleanor offers a free 20-minute consultation call for potential clients to discuss whether somatic coaching is right for you before committing to a package.

Cancellation & Rearrangement

  • Initial Coaching Calls: Can be cancelled with 48 hours notice (refundable).

  • Calls within the 3 Month Programme: Cannot be cancelled but can be arranged with 48 hours notice.

  • Eleanor may on occasion cancel due to emergencies or sickness; Initial Coaching Calls will be rearranged or refunded. Calls within the 3 Month Programme will be rearranged at a mutually convenient time but not refunded.

Health Contraindications

Eleanor's Somatic Coaching practice may include various modalities as detailed above. Please inform Eleanor if you have any of the following, as modifications may be needed:

  • Pregnancy

  • Recent surgery or acute injury

  • Severe osteoporosis or herniated discs

  • High or low blood pressure concerns

  • Recent head injury or concussion

  • Chronic pain conditions

  • Heart conditions or pacemakers

  • Metal plates in the body

  • Severe mental health issues

  • Hearing impairment or deafness

  • First trimester pregnancy

  • Severe asthma

YOGA CLASSES

Online & In-Person Group Classes

Book your place via the Vidabook booking system. You cannot simply attend—booking confirmation is required.

For online classes, you need a device with camera (encouraged for health and safety), headphones, and reliable wifi. Download Zoom (free) at https://zoom.us. Zoom link will be sent at least 1 hour before class (email eleanor@theholisticvoice.co.uk if not received 30 mins prior). Camera-off attendance is permitted. Eleanor will not be liable for wifi issues on your end.

Location for in-person classes is clearly stated upon booking. Classes will start on time. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted, and any payment or class pass credit will be forfeited with no refund.

Group Classes

  • Cancellation: 24 hours notice required via Vidabook.

  • If you hold a class pass, cancelled sessions will be automatically added back to your account.

  • Class passes expire after 90 days; extension to 120 days available as goodwill if unused—contact Eleanor.

  • Eleanor can cancel group classes with 48 hours notice or without notice for emergencies or sickness; you'll receive refund or class credit.

Health Contraindications for Yoga

Please inform Eleanor if you have any of the following, as modifications may be needed:

  • Pregnancy

1-1 Yoga

You can request a 1-1 via the Vidabook booking system. For online sessions, you need a device with camera and headphones. Zoom link will be sent at least 1 hour before session (email eleanor@theholisticvoice.co.uk if not received 30 mins prior). It is your responsibility to ensure you have a safe, quiet space in which to practice at home and a yoga mat.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation: 48 hours notice required.

  • Eleanor may on occasion cancel due to emergencies or sickness; sessions can be refunded or rearranged at a mutually convenient time.

SOUND BATHS

Health Contraindications

Please note that sound healing with crystal singing bowls is contra-indicated for those with:

  • Heart conditions or pacemakers

  • Metal plates in the body

  • Severe mental health issues

  • Hearing impairment or deafness

  • First/third trimester pregnancy

  • Severe asthma

  • No class pass option for Sound Baths

You can request a 1-1 via the Vidabook booking system. For online sessions, you need a device with headphones and reliable wifi. Zoom link will be sent at least 1 hour before session (email eleanor@theholisticvoice.co.uk if not received 30 mins prior). It is your responsibility to ensure you have a safe, quiet space in which to practice at home.

BESPOKE BOOKINGS

Bespoke corporate bookings, HEN parties, workshops and other custom events are arranged via email to eleanor@theholisticvoice.co.uk.

Payment will be via invoice and may be requested prior to the event to confirm the booking.

The health contraindications listed above apply to all bespoke bookings. It is the responsibility of the booking party to share these contraindications with all participants prior to the event.

Eleanor reserves the right to request health information from participants and may decline to work with individuals for whom the service is not suitable.
