I bring mindful movement, sound, and voice into the workplace in a way that’s human and creative. Through gentle Yoga, we release tension and invite energy to flow. Sound Baths create a space to pause, breathe, and reset. And with Holistic Vocal Coaching, I help people speak from a place of ease, presence, and authenticity. Every session is bespoke; shaped to the rhythm and energy of your team and leaves everyone feeling lighter and more present.

Sound Healing Sessions
Sound Healing (or Sound Baths) can be a wonderful addition to any wellbeing initiative in the work place. Sessions are proven to:

* Sound Healing is not recommended for those with heart conditions, pace makers, metal plates in the body, severe mental health issues, who are hearing impaired or deaf and those who are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Holistic Vocal Coaching
Holistic Vocal Coaching goes beyond traditional voice or presentation training. Rather than teaching people how to perform or “sound confident,” this approach supports regulation, embodiment, and authentic expression. By working with breath, awareness, and the body–voice connection, individuals develop a way of speaking that is sustainable, grounded, and responsive- even in high-pressure environments. This approach:
